Quanto mais pessoas trabalham em uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, mais complexo \u00e9 o produto, mais ferramentas s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para organizar o trabalho de forma eficaz e, portanto, uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o mais complexa \u00e9 escolhida.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Essencial do SAFe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essa \u00e9 a base da estrutura, que \u00e9 o conjunto m\u00ednimo de ferramentas necess\u00e1rias para produzir um resultado. H\u00e1 necessidade de gerenciamento de portf\u00f3lio, em que s\u00e3o tomadas decis\u00f5es sobre aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de or\u00e7amento entre fluxos, decis\u00f5es sobre compra ou fus\u00e3o com outras empresas, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novas linhas de neg\u00f3cios e fechamento de antigas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grande Solu\u00e7\u00e3o SAFe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adequado para organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que desenvolvem uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o grande e complexa por v\u00e1rias equipes de equipes. S\u00e3o criados planos de trabalho para 12 a 36 meses e a viabilidade econ\u00f4mica das mudan\u00e7as \u00e9 analisada.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Safe completo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dentro dessa configura\u00e7\u00e3o, v\u00e1rias solu\u00e7\u00f5es complexas e sofisticadas est\u00e3o sendo desenvolvidas. Todos os n\u00edveis est\u00e3o envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>A configura\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica consiste em dois n\u00edveis: n\u00edvel de equipe e n\u00edvel de programa. Isso ocorre porque o trabalho das equipes \u00e9 um pouco parecido com o de um trem &#8211; h\u00e1 um cronograma est\u00e1vel. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o conseguir pegar um trem, sempre poder\u00e1 pegar o pr\u00f3ximo. Se n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel encaixar algumas metas no incremento atual, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 coloc\u00e1-las no pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho em n\u00edvel de programa no SAFe \u00e9 semelhante \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho do scrum, s\u00f3 que em uma escala maior, com planejamento para um per\u00edodo mais longo.<\/p>\n<h3>Tabela 4. Cada estrutura tem seus pr\u00f3prios recursos.<\/p>\n<p>O LeSS \u00e9 mais simples e direto. Ele n\u00e3o exige tantas modifica\u00e7\u00f5es quanto o SAFe.<\/p>\n<p>O SAFe oferece uma abordagem mais abrangente. Aparecem fun\u00e7\u00f5es, artefatos e eventos adicionais. A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o requer mais recursos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 imposs\u00edvel dizer de forma inequ\u00edvoca qual abordagem \u00e9 melhor. Tudo depende das especificidades do trabalho de sua empresa. Se voc\u00ea tiver um pequeno n\u00famero de equipes trabalhando em um \u00fanico produto, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do LeSS pode ajud\u00e1-lo a aumentar a efici\u00eancia a um custo menor.
